Las Vegas!

 It was unplanned trip to Vegas with my brother and my husband. Since we got married at the Church Dec. 7, so we considered it as our honeymoon. Oh well arman and Von managed to drove all the way to Vegas safe and sound. At least I'm their navigator and we did not lost on the way there! Apir! :)) As I remember It was a 4 hours drive from Cerritos to Vegas, I 'm not sure because I'm sleeping most of the time lol. We stop over at gasoline station to pee and also to grab some food even I packed a lot of foods before we went to Vegas. It was fun and exciting , It was also our first trip to Vegas with my Arman and Von. We we're rooting for Circus Circus to stay for 2 days but unfortunately there's no more room left. >_<  sooo disappointed, we're already tired and really wanted a room to stay for the night. So I searched on my phone, I tried to call customer service for hotels that are available , The lady told me that Fortune Hotel and Suite has available room . So I immediately booked for 1 room with 2 beds. It was  5 minutes away from the strip and inexpensive, only $45 for 1 day. When we got there the lady asked for my ID and then gave us our key. It was not bad for only $45 worth hotel and Suite. There's also a free breakfast in the morning.

    This is the only picture I took inside the hotel, we're too tired to take pictures that time, we just clean up and rest once we got there. The beds were comfortable, there's a centralized air-conditioner and a TV set, a mini refrigerator and a clean and nice bathroom. Even an iron and hair blower located near the restroom.

     We're really starving and we decided to eat at Denny's since I was really craving for pancakes :)) Arman and Von were still sleepy , I ordered them coffee's ,because they really need a caffeine. 

    We need fuel for the day to visits all the hotels in Vegas. I loved all the designs and themes from all the Hotels.

 

   

Universal Halloween Horror Night!

                     It was my second time at Universal Studio but this one is different from my first visit there. I heard that Halloween Night at Universal Studio is super scary. It's my first time to try it with Von and friends. I was with Camille, Matt , ate Gene and Von. We were going to meet Mae, Norina, Pat and Charm , The sisteraka's sisters and Yol inside the theme park. We got there early , but while waiting for our companions we decided to eat and grab some burger and fries. Then at 5pm we went to the line to enter the theme park. We just decided to wait some of our friends inside Universal cause I think they're still on their way and got stuck up in the middle of the traffic at the moment. I'm so excited its not just obvious thou , but Yeah I'm excited and kind a nervous about the surprises inside. Ate Gene, Camille, Matt , Von and I already got in. It was dark inside and there were  2 girls dancing at both corner, there's also colored dancing light but it was a little bit dark inside with a fag of smoke , so I could barely see the monsters inside lol. And then we continued walking . OMG! there were lots of zombies and other creatures chasing us . They gave me adrenaline rash every time they're following me while walking inside.

             We managed our time and went first at the mazes.  heard a lot about the mazes that they're really scary  We went to black Sabbath 13 and felt the goose bumps all over my body. There were monsters hiding and just pop up out of no where. I'm not too brave to walk first and be the leader of the group. Hell NO! hahaha . Then the Evil Dead there's a long line outside but we still wait to try it. I scream at the top of my lungs. It was dark inside and the sounds was really loud and the maze is really narrow , even you are not claustrophobic you will that you are if you're inside. We were waiting for the terror tram and scare zones. By the way we also waited in line for Ell Cucuy Maze and Walking Dead. And then at Jurassic Park ride in the Dark. Because It was my first time to try that ride. The first time that Von and I went to Universal Studio, It was a regular day. I'm so excited for the Jurassic Park ride unfortunately it was under maintenance that moment. Sad Alona! :( Anyway at least I achieved it at Halloween haunt night thou, It was cool and funny , except that the humongous dinosaurs where spitting water on us lol. Von said that I will get wet while on the ride. I hate to get wet because we were walking in the middle of the night with the cold surroundings and get tired and tendency is to get sick the next day. Hopefully not! While walking we passed by the Curse of Chucky , he was at the top window of his house and talking to everybody while walking on the fake street. Hahaha! he's hillarious and creepy lol. I know there's a guy behind him talking to us but because he really sounds like chucky and creepy as Chucky  he's really good and cracking jokes to us. But damn.. the monsters and zombies were all over the street I can't stare at them because they were gonna pick on you and then followed you while walking and make you more scared as hell!. I hate them hahaha .

           And the Moment we were waiting for. The Terror Tram. There's a long line , but we really want to try it and scare our selves lol. While on the line we were chatting , planning what to do when the zombies and monsters approached us hahaha. And after an hour of waiting its about time. I'm a bit nervous to be honest. The moment we get down at the tram there were soldiers at the gate and the there are lots of zombies I felt like we're at the Walking dead series lol. they were chasing other group. They look really bad like a real zombies. There's one zombies lying on the floor and then will stand up out of no where that scared the hell out of me. I thought that zombies already dead. We were all holding hands  and hiding to each others back hahaha.We were all screwed up, walking at the big field full of zombies. OMG! It feels so real. We also passed by the plane crashed. And damn zombies were hiding all over the place. We kept on walking , screaming, laughing and enjoying the night. I enjoyed it and scared my self at the same time hahaha. And after the Long walk. We have spare time to used the bathroom and rest. And then we tried another maze but there's a super long line. We waited but quit at the half of the line. Because its already passed 12am or 1am. Von said I'll just wait at the corner I need to rest because I have to drive going home. I feel the same so we just wait and then decided to go home. We ate outside then go home.
         Von and I were really exhausted and tired , We can't wait to lie down at the bed and sleep. It was an exciting and fun night!.

Here's are some of the picture we took while we're there. I can't take picture inside the mazes and the scare zones because I'm busy yelling and kept my eye on the zombies and monsters. Because they'll just pop out of no where and I just feel that there's zombies following me at my back. Some of them we're tall and short people like me will scare 150% more! lol

One day at Sandiego / Oceanside

        It's my second time at SD, The first time was at Old time San Diego with my friends. And this time was at ate Gene's place (my husband's cousin). Actually her house was located in Ocean side but near San Diego so might as well see San diego while staying there.
      Von and I left Artesia at about 8:00 pm and arrived at Oceanside for about 9ish. It was also the first time we visited ate Gene's new house. One of those simple but beautiful and pleasant type of house. Ate Gene was asking if we want to go out tonight and enjoy the night, but Von doesn't want night out , I understand him for two reason , He was tired from driving and he was hungry. So we decided to stay at home ,eat, drink a bit and watch movie. It was my second time to see " This is the end" , so hilarious and the story was nice.

              We also enjoyed our room, my favorite colors and cute prints sa blanket. Hmmn! sarap matulog. 

            

 

At Camp Pendleton Blvd 2010 #203 Oceanside

            And one of the reason why I wanted to visit Oceanside was to get some munckins at dunkin donuts. Its pretty inexpensive inside the Camp Pendelton , it was almost $9  for 50 counts of munchkins, although my favorite barbarian flavor wasn't available in the store, still not bad. After so many years of munchkins craving, Every bite of it was taste like heaven. hmnnnn :)

            Von requested to visit the Carlsbad Outlet for one reason. To visit an Oakley store lol. Because he loss his cleaning clothe for eye glasses , He was happy he gets a free cleaning clothe for at Oakley Store. He also bought me some sleeveless Oakley and shirts for him. And out of no where, He asked me to get some bags to and he'll pay for it. Ate Gene was like, "Go for it Alona, minsan lang yan grab the opportunity na", haha! Von said what brand gusto mo? LV? Coach? name it!. hahaha! ang yabang I thought he was joking , He said that asa 300-400 budget ko kaya pili ka na. Haha! kaya naman we immediately headed to Coach store.

Yay! my first Coach bag ever! Thank you to my loving husband. :) I didn't even requested it! Happy lucky me. 

        Sabi ni ate Gene na gamitin na ang bag, haha! and I was too excited to used it, so yeah of course ginamit ko na kagad yung bag that day haha.. Then after the shopping we headed straight to San Diego to see Coronado bridge and the Coronado Beach. Nice place meron pa kaming naabutan na ikinasal and nag we-wedding pictorial. So romantic kase ng place. Here are some of the pictures we took from Coronado Pier.

We really enjoyed the place, The serenity of the wind and the sounds of ocean was so calming and peaceful feels like paradise. Kung meron pa sana kaming time gusto ko sumakay ng taxi boat . tsk! sayang pero meron pa namang next time. Sobrang clear ng water and madaming tao kase saturday and meron ding kinasal by the beach or nagpipictorial for wedding.

At nagutom kami so we tried the extraordinary desserts near little Italy. Von got the strawberry chesses cake, Di ko na matandaan yung name ng kay ate Gene pero masarap din sya. Sakin naman yung caramel chocolate cake. Di ko masyadong nagustuhan yung sakin , sobra kaseng tamis and the chocolate was thick. Mejo sa malayo kami nakapark , kase naman sobrang dami ng tao wala kami makitang parking spot. Pero okay nga yun , maburn naman kahit papaano yung mga kinain namin sa extraordinary desserts. :)) While walking syempre nagpicture picture din kami. 

Ang saya lang maglakad feeling ko nasa italy ako. Ang bango lang bawat restaurant na nadadaanan namin naamoy ko yung pasta and pizza.. hmnn! and marami ring naglalakad sa side street kasama mga dogs nila. Marami na rin kaming napapagusapan while naglalakad puro GALA plans! 

Ang saya saya at nameet ko din mga pamangkin ni Von , binigyan namin sila ng dunkin donut and of course mga bata tuwang tuwa sila haha. Ayaw na nila umalis kase naman natuwa sila maglaro sa phone ko. Haha! natuwa sila kay Pou na nilalaro ko sa phone ko. I love kids and I love playing with them, nakakatuwa din yung merong kids minsan sa bahay, kase naman dito sa bahay si Fritzee (our dog) lang yung baby-babyhan namin lol.
  And bago matulog nag shopping pa ako sa closet ni ate Gene, andami nyang damit na pinagliitan pinamana na nya sa akin haha.. Mahilig ako sa mga damit kaya naman 360 degree ang ngiti ko. Thank you ate Gene! Sana matuloy ang plan namin ni Von sa Catalina Island, We're rooting for it maybe next year , ng wala masyadong gastusin. :) Ang dami nangyari at half palang ng day yan at hindi buong araw ah! sulit naman ang pagpunta namin ni Von sa Oceanside/San Diego.
